How was your weekend?
Mine was spent mostly in bed. Sicker than sick.
I did not get in my 9 mile run. I did not leave the house basically at all.
I drank lots of fluids, took lots of DayQuil.
Today I'm finally starting to feel better.
How are you starting this week?
I'm planning on repeating last weeks running schedule.
Monday: 2-3 mile run
Tuesday: 5 mile run
Wednesday: walk my mountain twice
Thursday: 6 mile run
Friday: walk my mountain once
Saturday: 9 mile run
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.....so what's your plan???
