Let me know how your weeks are in my Fitness Friday posts (or any posts for that matter!). I love to know I'm not alone on this road. Also...the app is from my Withings Scale. It syncs with the app. I always hated how much my scale would fluctuate. So, I spent some moo-lah and LOVE my scale now. It measures body fat %, lean mass, my weight...and it syncs to my phone to give me awesome reports. (Yes, I'm a bit of a report geek.)
